The Platform is legally owned and operated under Indian corporate law by Tatsa Tech Solutions LLP, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at S57, Navjivan Compound, Kalol, Gandhinagar. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
BCE India ensures professional delivery of its training and services but does not guarantee job placements, financial earnings, loan approvals, or any particular business results. All outcomes depend on external factors beyond the control of BCE India, and users remain solely responsible for their decisions.
