This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be provided for services or training purchased through the BCE India Platform. By making a payment to access our training programs or compliance services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Training Programs
- We are committed to delivering value, outcomes, and integrity through our Business Compliance Executive Training Program.
- Learners who have recently enrolled and feel the course is not the right fit may reach out to us within 5 Days after joining. If approved, the refund will be credited within 7-14 working days in the original payment method.
- Full Refund: A full refund request may be made within 5 days of payment of registration, provided that the user has not substantially accessed the course content.
- Partial Refund: If limited modules have been accessed, a proportionate deduction may apply along with processing charges.
- No Refund: No refund will be granted after 15 days of enrollment, regardless of usage.
2. Compliance Services
- For compliance services, consultancy, or business facilitation requests, no refund is applicable once the service has been initiated.
- BCE India undertakes execution in reliance on the accuracy of the information provided by the user and allocates resources immediately upon confirmation.
3. Loan & Financial Facilitation
- Where the Platform assists in connecting businesses with financial opportunities, including unsecured business loans or government schemes, BCE India’s role is limited to facilitation.
- Refunds are not applicable in such cases, as approvals and disbursements are subject to the discretion of independent financial institutions or agencies.
4. Processing of Refunds
- All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original mode of payment, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
- All refund-related communication must be made in writing to join@bceindia.org with relevant details.
